Having Weird problems with internet sharing

Hey guys I'm getting this in my logs:

Further info:
My internet sharing is turned off
I'm running Mac OS X 10.6.7
with a 2.8 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
on a 15" MacBook Pro
any help would be appreciated
