Macbook Pro 2.16 No Sound!

I just bought a 2.16 core 2 duo Macbook Pro from ebay with no sound from speakers or headphone jack. I tried to use my optical cord as well and it didnt work. All I hear is this constant buzzing sound from the left speaker, but no other sound from any where else. Please help me :\

Have you contacted the seller yet? Return the MacBook Pro to the seller and ask for your money back. How did you pay? Hopefully, you used PayPal or credit card.
