Hi, I've got what I think is a simple question, but I'm a noob with coding and scripts and all that..

I'm trying to use Quicksilver to create a keyboard shortcut (Shift+F10) that would automatically select the HDMI audio output when my macbook pro is connected to my HDTV, instead of having to click around for it. I have Soundsource, which is awesome, but I'd really like to just be able to use a keyboard shortcut.

Thanks in advance

How about holding down "Option" while clicking the volume control in the menu bar? That's a pretty quick way to switch outputs.
