Split and Concat

Mac Specs: 15.4" 2.53GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 4GB 1067 MHz DDR3
I new to the Mac operating system. I downloaded a program however it came with Split and Concat to piece it back together. For the life of me I can't figure out how to do it can someone please explain it to me how to rebuild a .dmg.

If you can't figure out how to use Split&Concat, the only other method is by using the Unix terminal and bash commands. (more difficult)
