Drawing app to 'trace' photos?

Hello hello,

I have used Sketchbook and Abode Ideas, both good, but wondering is there an app that allows the user to load a photo as a different layer to 'trace' over? If it is already a feature on one of these apps please tell me how to do it... thanks :)

Autodesk's Sketchbook Pro already does this. Go to Gallery -> at the bottom is a +with a flower looking thing in the middle -> you can select photos from Photo Library, dropbox, itunes or camera (assuming you have a camera)

I am assuming that is the Sketchbook you are talking about.
