Not sure what has happened but I cannot view any videos at all. I could have accidentally deleted software but not sure.

What kind of videos are you trying to view? Are they streaming videos on the web, or files on your hard drive? What kind of Mac do you have? What version of OS X? What has changed recently?
Your question is roughly akin to calling your mechanic and saying "My car is broken, what's wrong with it?". You can imagine the kind of response you might get.
