I am having the following issue with the mac mail client: When the user receives a new message and clicks on it, the message appears to be blank. If she closes out the mail client and reopens it , she can read the email. At this moment I am considering just deleting the profile and recreating it. However I am curious to see if there is just a setting I can change. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
In addition, it seems you have to first click on the email, and then close the mail client. After you reopen the client you can then see the message content. If you click on another message that has already been opened and has its content displayed and then close out the mail client, the new message's content will still not be visible when the client reopens and you click on it.
