I have installed a new iMac in a Windows peer-to-peer network. We're using a Windows 7 Pro box as our server. We have a shared foder on the Windows 7 Pro "server". I've put a shortcut of that shared folder on the iMac desktop and it works fine for a few hours...after that it drops off and then wont open up the share. If I reboot the iMac the shared folder on the iMac desktop works fine again. Is there any way to keep this shortcut on the iMac from dropping off? Thanks.
