push mail vs fetch every 15

Hi all

Just wondering what is the best option for email on the iphone.

I have used mobile me now on it for so long but find with push email i get a very average battery life.

What do others use?

I use mobile me and I have very good battery life. On my iPhone I have 3 emails MobileMe, gmail, and infowest all push all work well.
