When you attach files - particularly photos in Apple Mail they do not appear as an icon and one has to Click to view as Icon - which is a pain. Can you not default this?
Secondly certain jpeg photos are received by the recipient as embedded small pic on the email self and not as an attachment, and therefore they cannot be opened. I have tried various type of files, i.e. .jpeg jpeg 2000 jpg - also tried clicking Windows Friendly Attachment. Despite this the Recipient (Windows XP - Outlook) cannot open files. (I am referring specifically to photos. Other type files seem to be fine)
Any ideas guys?
