How TO fix a spill damaged mac book

Hi if i buy a mac book and it has spill damage and it dosent turn on , if i was to buy a logic board and replace the one thats in there would this make the mac book start working again ?

Stay away from buying any computer that has undergone a spill. You really do not know what else in addition to the logic board has been damaged by the spill. Keyboard? Power Supply? Display? etc. It could wind up costing you more than the computer is worth.
