I'm tired. Really, really tired.

OS X 10.6 drops DNS and/or Bonjour connectivity. Say I reboot. I have an internet usable machine for anywhere between 5 minutes and 2 hours. Then.. all DNS requests do not get picked up. This is usually coupled with loss of local (file and screen sharing) network connectivity as well (either through Bonjour or my local IP).

After trying every possible fix I can find anywhere I assume that the problem lies in the combination of DNS/Bonjour into mDNSResponder. So I decided to roll back to 10.5, before Apple combined these into the same service. After a fresh installation I still suffer from this machine randomly dropping off of my local network, or dropping DNS, or both.

I've been fighting with this for over a year now. I've seen multiple posts here and elsewhere on the web about Bonjour/DNS crapping out and I've tried everything. Short of installing Windows. Any advice?
