I purchased the full business version of visual lightbox and visual slideshow for my mac OS 10.6.7.
I received an email with a link for downloading the full version of visual lightbox along with a key.
The download link for visual lightbox is for an exe. for windows
There is no link for the full mac download on the email.
Also, the instructions for visual slideshow that came up in the browser after I completed my purchase said to use the key to convert to the business version. I was not able to do this and my browser crashed so I no longer have that page.
I have not received an email with the unlock key or instructions for converting the free visual slideshow to the business version.
I have sent several emails to their support address and they have not replied.
Has anyone else had this problem downloading either one for mac? If so was it resolved?
