Hi,
I have been using my iMac's inbuilt wifi with my ipod and apple tv for over a year with no problem.
However I recently started networking (via ethernet cable) my iMac with my eMac in another room to transfer files and share the printer.
Since I started this, the Airport feature on my iMac is no longer working.
I presumed it was putting too much strain on the connection or something so I turned off file sharing and printer sharing in my system preferences but the wifi is still not working.
I have internet sharing turned on and the airport icon is showing up at the top of my screen, but although my ipod is picking up a wifi signal, it cant connect to the internet.
As far as I can see non of the settings have changes or anything so im confused as to why networking has screwed up my wifi
I have also tried restarting my computer/router but it made no difference.
Thanks for reading and if anyone knows a fix it would be greatly appreciated...
