Transferring Songs to different iTunes libraries

Hey Guys,

So... I just bought my girlfriend a shuffle. She had been using it with her itunes library, but the other day I put some songs on to it from my library.

Is there anyway she can go back to her computer and load up the songs I gave her without erasing her own?

I DL'd some stuff from a friends Mac, how can I put it back on my Mac??

Jiva: iPod-2-PC. Download it. I think you can only do a hundred songs on the trial or something. Or back up the iPod. Or his/hers.
