Help..can install mac os on my laptop??

Hi every one..im from iraq, iwant to develop iphone apps but idon't want to buy mac because it's so expensive..
I have an old dell D620 laptop and my question is that::: is there any way or hack to install mac os on my laptop..and how.. Ineed it so much???
I only want using it only for develop iphone apps

You might find some answers about iPhone app development here but don't expect much help with installing OS X on that Dell. Installing OS X on non Apple hardware violates the current license agreement for OS X.

The Mac Mini is the cheapest Mac and the newest versions are quite powerful and can be used for iOS application development..

As has been noted, installing OS X on a non-Apple machine contravenes the OS X EULA and given that, the topic is not up for discussion. If you really want to develop an iPhone app, you will have no choice but to purchase a Mac. As noted by Raz0rEdge, the cheapest Mac is a Mac Mini but you may also find cheaper second hand Macs that may suit your needs.
