Can't open iWeb domain.site2

Hello guys,

Here's a simple question:

I can't open an iWeb 3. domain.site2 file on my iWeb 2. I guess it's normal, right? Apple wants me to buy the new iLife suite, doesn't it?

PS: any other way to work on such a file without paying for upgrading my iWeb version?
