Word for Mac Browse problem

My Word for Mac program seems to have the Browse by Page button disconnected. Any suggestions for activating it? It's tedious to browse through hundreds of pages by scrolling. Thanks--

Word for Mac Page Scroll Problem

I'm using Word for Mac 2011. The page scroll tab doesn't work. Suggestions?
