Hi

I have bought a second hand ibook running Tiger 10.4.11, 1.33 GHz Power PC G4 with 1GB DDR SDRAM.

Will Leopard work on this?

Kind regards
Raff

Leopard should run on any G4 processor faster than 867mhz. You have 1GB RAM, and minimum RAM recommended is 512MB. So if you have the hard drive space, you should be fine. It's going to be a little sluggish, because Leopard has more eye-candy than Tiger.

I had a 1.67 ghz Powerbook with 1gb of RAM and it ran Leopard fine, so I think you'll be fine as well

I have a 12" 1.33Ghz iBook G4. It had 1GB ram but I have upgraded it to the Max of 1.5GB. 10.5.8 Leopard works decently with the 1.5GB and was ok with 1GB. It's for sure a bit better with the increased RAM.
