Does anyone else get this when they start up iTunes?

I want to make it accept network connections by default any ideas how I set this up? It's starting to annoy me to have to click Allow EVERY TIME!

Either turn of the OS X software firewall (this is what most of us do that are sitting behind a hardware firewall on our routers) or go into the firewall settings and add iTunes.

Uncheck "Block all incoming..." if it is checked.

Put a check in "Automatically allow signed software..." if it's not.
