So the title is pretty much self explanatory, where ever I move my mouse on the screen it seems to be dragging it in a sense, if I move my cursor all the way up it seems to push my screen down and vise versa in every direction, could this be a software problem or is my display dying o_O, please help.

It sounds like you have accidentally with a Key Combo turned on Zoom.

Open System Preferences, Universal Access. See if Zoom is on.

If it is indeed zoomed in, hold down control and scroll the wheel on your mouse backwards (towards you) to zoom out. I suggest this because you can zoom in/out this way even if zoom is disabled in the Universal Access pref pane.
