First time Ipad user question

I to my ipad2 downloaded my first app - appstart for ipad. It says it is installed...but the icon never showed up??

I'm sure there must be a very simple xpl...can anyone help?

Usually when you install an App - it pops to the home screen and shows you where it is installing that App. Did that happen?

You could also try a reset and see if it shows up - hold the the home button and the power button until the screen goes blank.

And sometimes, even though there is room on the home screen, it will put new apps on the next screen. If you swipe across the screen to the left, that will bring up the next screen... if there is one.
