I have the 2010 macbook pro and now i am having an issue with the cd drive not working on the computer. It will read for about 5 minutes when i am copying cds to my itunes library and then i hear the cd drive go to a complete stop. and then after about 5 to ten minutes it will start to read very slowly. I can open things in the finder and it does the same thing. I tried restoring the comptuer and it did not help the issue. i have also done the pram and the other reset command where the computer does not start when you hit them(sorry i forgot what that one is called.) Along with that i have done the apple hardware test and the tech tool plus ( what comes with the extended apple care agreement and they showed up with no errors.) Is this a logic board issue because i have had a hardrive go bad, trackpad, charger, and now the cd drive. I am starting to think that it is something wrong with one component in the computer that is causing all of this.
