Just got our new IMac G5 2 weeks ago. To my disappointment, Canon doesn't have Mac drivers for the MP700. Anyone discover a similar issue with their Canon and did they resolve it by finding a driver that worked? I do not want to buy a new printer right now, so till I solve this one, I'm on the bad list with my wife who needs to print.

Thanks and desperate for any MP700 workable driver....

I have a Pixma ip3000 that only works with BJC-7000 drivers. Worded differently, Canon driver support for OSX and Linux sucks, and that was the only driver they had that worked.

Harryc: Just used the 700 driver and it works like a charm. Thanks!!!
