can not set location in iphoto 11

i can not set location or place for my picture in Iphoto 11. The section for setting up place appear as "place lookup disable". and I cant find any section in iphoto setting to enable it...can anyone know how to do it?....very appreciate for any help...thanks

Look in iPhotos Preferences under the Advanced tab.
