How to build my app to iPhone simulator

Hello, I pretty new to xcode.

I can't see the label in a simulator after I put a label to view and build it. And please tell me how do I show library list?

Get a beginner's guide to iPhone programming. You will get extremely frustrated if you do not. It will explain the basics and from there it's easier to move forward.
