So I'm looking at making some international video calls on my Mac and wanted to get some opinions on which way to go. Skype and Google Voice both will accomplish this goal. Google voice is a bit cheaper at 2¢ per min (2.3¢ for Skype) but Skype does offer an unlinited option that Google Voice doesn't (yet) offer.

I'm looking mainly at stability here. I'm sure everyone has used one or the other, but has anyone used both? Who wins?

Hummmm, you don't pay if you do "computer to computer" that's with with Skype and Google voice .
I have both, sometimes one works better then the other and the other way around...

Those quotes are for phone conversations to land lines (telephone) from your puter.

Actually that quote was from Computer-to-computer...in China. My folks live overseas in Hong Kong so I'd like to Skype/Google Voice them, but international video call stability can be somewhat of a egg-balancing trick.
