I have a few questions about upgrading the RAM, HD, etc on my 06' Macbook.

Will this HD work with it?

500GB 7200RPM Laptop Hard Drive for Apple MacBook/Pro - eBay (item 380323580853 end time May-10-11 09:19:19 PDT)

I haven't been able to find reliable information online about HD compatibility and also I have read the RAM limits are 2Gb so I was looking to purchase this

2GB 2x1G RAM PC2-5300 667MHz APPLE Memory MACBOOK 13" - eBay (item 310208323760 end time May-14-11 10:23:29 PDT)

Then my last question is can you upgrade to a SuperDrive inside?? or is that part unavailable or like the graphics card fuzed to the mother board in some manor?

I apologize if these are stupid questions but I am inexperienced with Macbook hardware servicing and only truly know Macbook hardware.

Many Thanks,
Colton

The items you mention will work but I'm not sure I would buy them from eBay. I recommend going instead to Other World Computing and buying a hard drive and memory from them. All fully warranted and high quality.

They also sell the superdrive for your MacBook.

I bought a Western Digital 7200 RPM drive from them. But you can also choose from Hitachi or Seagate if you like.

Both of those seem like reasonable prices but generally you dont need to look for something "made for mac" any 2.5inch sata HDD will work and any laptop ddr2 667 ram will work (limited to 2gb for your computer of course unless your Macbook is a Core 2 Duo in which case you can use 3gb)
