iphone 3G asks for itunes password at random

Since installing copilot app, every time I switch on phone I am asked for itunes password. It is no problem to cancel it each time but would prefer not to have to.
Can someone advise me how to cancel this request?

Macbook pro retina 13" 8gb, 120ssd, i5 cpu, imac 8gb, 2.7ghz i5,1tb, iphone 5s 16gb. ipad 2 32gb
sounds to me like you have an app trying to download and you need to enter ur itunes password, i have the same proplem and it was an app trying to download or have u got updates that need doing that could be causing the proplem wanting you to update ur apps.

hope this gives you an idea of what could be rong
