Can I install iLife '11 right on top of iLife '09 that I currently have without any charge?

I'm not sure what you mean..."without any charge"?

Are you saying how do you upgrade to iLife 11 for free? If this is the case...no...you cannot upgrade to iLife 11 for free. You need to purchase it.

iLife 11 is a new version...it's not an upgrade. It's like running Windows Vista on a Windows computer...and asking if you can upgrade to Windows 7 for free.
