My wife's phone will only recieve calls part of the time (even with great reception), and she might get the texts that are sent to her, or she might not. She also has a lot of trouble calling out to other people. We have spoken with at&t, and all they have for us is the soft reboot, and they have replaced the sim card. Any ideas as to what we need to do?
