Recommendations of Online Training providers?

Hey--just wondering if anyone has an opinion on which provider (s) of online training is best? I need to get up to speed in InDesign CS5's digital publishing functionality, and I need to learn basics of LiveType in FCP 6 so I can generate some marketing animations for a non-prof client.

Am looking at Lynda.com and TotalTraining.com. Any thoughts?

I only have experience with Lynda.com and their tutorials are pretty good. I'm learning new things all the time, even though I'm an advanced user.
