3. Flash player continuously quitting unexpectedly
4. Safari, firefox, flock, app store and many more apps quit unexpecedly
5. I get a loading bar at start up
6. The most recent problem I had was a warning coming up telling me to shut down my mac by holding down power button and then when it restarted my mac said shut down unexpectedly send report This was the error console:

Welcome to Mac-Forums

Looks like your Hard Drive could be failing on you. Could you provide machine specs and which OS your running? I'm gonna guess 10.6.7 as you mentioned App Store crashing (i'm guessing the Mac App Store here)
Best thing to try is to boot into your OSX install disk and try repairing your hard drive through Utilities > Disk Utility.

Post the outcome back here

Cheers

Sounds like you're having hardware problems. With all those issues could be graphics, memory, hard drive. Think if it were mine, it's time to call or take it on in to your nearest Apple store.

I was typing while watching TV and buzzard beat me to it.

My first guess would be hard drive also, but don't think that would cause that particular graphics issue.
Attempting repairing the drive is worth a shot.

(I'd take flash crashing out of the equation - that one is probably only related to flash itself and nothing else.)

The kernel panic you experienced has to do with "mdworker" which is the process that Spotlight uses. Were you doing a Spotlight search at the time or perhaps Spotlight was indexing?

Here's a better explanation of "mdworker". LINK

This could also indicate a problem with the hard drive. Since your machine is still under warranty, it might be best to let Apple deal with it.

Well last week my charger broke so I had to go to the Apple store to get a new one. When I was there they done lots of checks and everything was fine ? I have not installed anything new. It is very strange.

I am running Snow leopard Version 10.6.6 on 4 GB of memory and a 2.4 GHz processor

Well if it is a software problem then you could try updating to 10.6.7 to see if that helps.
