Iphone dock problem

MBP 16" 2019, 2.4GHz i9, 64Gb Ram, AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 8Gb, 2Tb SSD
i bought an dock for my iphone 3gs 32gb.
It says its not optimised for the iphone.
The iphone has the lastest software version, and the dock connection is clean.
I had a similar problem with the apple universal dock.

i have tried an fm transmitter it seems to work ok, but the dock it doesnt work on it.
