Upgraded Macbook vs pro

hello! This maybe have been answered before - however i did not find it

i have upgraded my macbook black 2.4 to 4GB ram and 160gb intel SSD, its a speedmonster! and it kicks the but of my stock 2,4 macbook pro with 4GB ram.

so.... what is the difference other than GPU between macbook and macbook pro??

It´s a 2,4, 4gb ram 5700 HDD. the model before unibody.early 2008

The difference between the MBP and MB is the graphics. Your MBP has a nVidia GeoForce 8600M GT GPU whereas your black MB uses an integrated GPU - Intel GMA X3100.

The nVidia is more powerful and much faster for gaming.

Do they both have the same ram 800 Mhz vs. ? and do they have the same cache ?

The MBP has 4mb cache the MB has 3 mb. both have 800 Mhz buss and 667 mhz ram.

now all you have to do is upgrade you MBP. Then you'll have a speed monster
