I have a bluetooth keyboard and I was able to connect to my iPad 1 very easily. However, my problem is that every time I turn off my ipad for awhile, I have to reconnect the keyboard again. It's a bit annoying to have to go through the reconnection process. Is there something I overlooked when connecting my keyboard or my iPad wants to frustrate me?

Hmm, mine stays paired as far as I can tell. I just have to make sure I have bluetooth is turned on, turn on the keyboard and hit a few keys and it'll work.

Try removing the pairing and then add it again.
