I'm not watching. Simply cause I'm not sure it's on Australian TV. I do watch Aussie idol though. I have to say that Idol's success rate is a little hit and miss. As in producing good artists for after the show. But I'll look into the US ones and pick one I think is good.

Does iTunes have the option to purchase the current songs outside the U.S.?

If so, and if iTunes is allowing 1:30 previews now instead of only 0:30, that's a good place to take a listen. All of this years top 11 could have been in the top 3-5 on any previous season.
(The song has to be longer than about 2:30 or it is still only a 30 second preview here.)

There is something for everyone here - from jazz to pop to country to hard rock.

While I have a favorite (according to my taste nowadays), have a hard time myself picking less than 5.

Well - now that Pia has been voted off - I guess I'll have to unmute the TV and start listening to the singing to render my judgement. ;)

There are 3 or 4 that for me are distinct from the pack for varying reasons.

Yeah my wife and I were discussing that. They acted like Pia getting voted off was terrible, but I never liked her to begin with.

Kinda hard too if you volume is off. It didn't help her odds any when Gwen Stefani dressed her up literally like a cow. She had on this baggie cow costome complete with white and black spots...the only thing missing was the nose ring and utters!

Lmao - Yeah - the only attractive outfit that day was on Gwen Stefani - I'm not sure she did her clothing line any favors with that episode.
