downgrade from lion

I recently downloaded the new os x 10.7 lion and ever since then I have been having a lot of problems with my computer. Does anyone know a way to downgrade to an earlier os x without having any restore disks.

Oops! If you didn't make a backup before you upgraded to Lion then you really shouldn't be playing with a beta OS like that.
