Look at your account settings in facebook and get the username. Usually first.last.
In iChat set up a new Jabber account and put [email protected]. Then your FB password. Click on Server options and put in chat.facebook.com for the server and 5222 for the port. Just worked for me. Be sure you get the exact username from Facebook settings for your account. There is a period between the first and last name.
