Would a 1.33ghz 12in PB have finger scrolling?

I know it probably supports it with a hack, but did it come like that from the factory?

I could be mistaken, but I believe that was not added until the 1.5 Ghz update for the 12" PowerBook.
Either way it really doesn't matter since you can just use iScroll if it doesn't have it.

This is correct, they didn't have them until the most recent upgrade... like D3v1L80Y said you can always use iScroll... you can find iScroll HERE
