Twice when i put a CD in my mackbook it made a horrible sound, but onl

it only happened twice, both times with the same burned music CD, this is my third replacement as my last 2 had broken hinges, it only happened twice and i tired other times and it didnt happen, even with the same cd, i really dont wana return it , but would it be considered a bad issue? it sounded like it was spinnning so fast and when i hit eject it made a loud weird noise as well. i compared the cd to a normal music cd and there was no difference in shape, or anything.
