God I feel stupid.

Playing with my new macmini display settings at "accidentally" hit a setting which said 100hz. AAAHHHHH my screen now says "Not optimal Setting"

I can not see the OS screen so I can not change the settings.......

Do I have to find a 100Hz screen or can I reset some how.???

I have been a mac user for 8 years so feel very stupid.....

please help if you can

BTW: Multiple postings are frowned upon, so you will probably hear from the Mods on this.

Don't know if this will help, but have you tried booting up in Safe Mode?

And do not cross post! You made duplicate posts in two forums which only causes confusion and delays in trying to answer your question. Only post to one forum and always post back to the same thread.

????

Not sure if I'm reading that correctly, but just changing the title but asking about the same thing is a cross-post, which you were also chided for.
