I'm running one of the new mac minis with duel displays. One is HDMI and the other is the mini display to DVI connection. By default it seems to be using the monitor connected via the mini-display port as the primary and the HDMI as secondary (the extended). My question is can I reverse that?

I've looked in the system preferences but cant seem to find anything that will allow that.

I just figured it out. in System Pref - Display - Arrange you have the drag the white bar to the display which you want to be your primary. All square there.

Seem to have run into a new issue. The top of the display that is connected via HDMI is cut off off. From the top tool bar I can see only the lower half of all the words. The display is set to 1080p but how would I go about choosing 1920x1080?
