Water Damaged MBP, adapter light flickers

Hey everyone! After reading posts for over a year I decided to actually make an account!

So I purchased a broken macbook with water damage which I usually just part out. However, when plugged in, the light on the end of the adapter flickers back and forth between green and orange (charging and charged). Anyone know if this could be an easy fix? Or could it be multiple issues (in which case I would just part it out)? Thanks in advance!;D

its probably the motherboard that is damaged. if you have another one with a working mobo you could swap them over, but i think its a lost cause.

I have another MB that has severe cosmetic issues but all parts are working I guess I'll just swap all the parts. Thanks for your help!
