My e-mail address is suuuuuuperlong, is there a way to store it and access it anytime without copy to clipboard??? thanks, Del

This is built into Mac OS X. Go to your System Preferences -> Language & Text -> Text.

Just press the plus sign, under "Replace" type in something like "myemail", then under "With" type in your "mysuperduperreallylongemail.com". Then anytime, you type "myemail", your long email will replace the text.

You can find many other alternatives for copy and paste managers and input managers.

I also use Willow, which is free. The screencasts will help you set it up, if this is something you'd prefer more than what Mac OS X has to offer.
