27" 12gb iMac i5; iPhone 4s; 13.3" MacBook Air
Even when I don't have programs running, it wakes up immediately after I use the sleep shortcut.. It's been doing this about 60% of the time for the past month and a half. Frustrating.

Have you just installed lion? I've been having no end of sleep issues since lion went on, spoke to apple support and they acknowledge there is an issue, 10.7.1 was supposed to address sleep issues, but no joy yet for me or many many others
