Just wondering for those that buy Applecare, what do you do after the 3 years are up?
Is Applecare extendable after that period, or maybe people just buy a new machine?

IIRC you can continue to purchase AppleCare after 3 years.

Three years is it. Otherwise folks would be buying Apple care on very old machines. Buying a new machine with Apple care is the answer.
