I need to have my bandwidth limited to certain websites (ex: TV Network for Primetime, Daytime and Late Night Television Shows - NBC Official Site Hulu - Watch your favorites. Anytime. For free.) but not on all. For example I need to have bandwidth limited on some sites but still need full downloading power to other sites.
So an entire IPFW bandwidth cap does not work. It needs to be specific to websites. I can not run software cause it will just get closed and I do not have access to the router, only the admin area of the computer.
I have tried finding solutions using ipfw but had no luck, only found total bandwidth caps. Is there any help out there..?? please!!
