iPhone 4 ring tone missing part

One of my ringtones on my iPhone only plays half of the tone. It's the telegraph tone. How can I restore it

Short answer: you can't.

The Telegraph tone is one of those deliberately shortened by Apple in the latest iOS update. We'll just have to hope they see sense and return it to original in an upcoming update.

Yeah, I noticed the same thing since iOS 4.3.1. :(

It's just weird cause it cuts off mid-way and it sounds choppy.
