n00bie safari question...

Hi all,

Probably a silly question, but how do I delete pre-loaded bookmarks from the bookmark bar under the address window in Safari?

Drag them off the bar.. they will "poof" and no longer be on the bar.

You can either just click on it and keep holding down the mouse button and drag it off the bar or Ctrl-Click and select Delete. If you have a 2 button mouse you can right click and select delete.

That should do it for you.

Or you can click on the little book icon to the left of the bar, go into the "Bookmarks Bar" "folder" and delete from there.

This also gives you that ability to move them to another folder if you want to keep the link somewhere else.
